Inside Account Specialist – Commercial Door & Hardware.
Robert I. Merrill Company (RimDoor) has been a trusted Utah supplier of commercial doors,
frames, and hardware since 1944. We are a family-owned company built on customer service,
industry knowledge, and long-term relationships.
We are looking for an Inside Account Specialist to join our team. This is not a cold-calling sales
Position; this role focuses on helping established customers, contractors, and end users find the
right solutions for their projects.
You will work with commercial doors, frames, hardware, and specialty products while building
relationships and becoming a trusted resource for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Quote commercial doors, frames, and hardware
• Process customer orders accurately
• Provide product recommendations and solutions
• Work with vendors and internal departments to keep orders moving
• Learn industry standards, products, and systems
• Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
Who We Are Looking For:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn a specialized industry
• Experience in construction, building materials, hardware, sales, or customer service helpful
